Honestly I didn’t expect much from this, but I’m glad I tried it. After a few days I realized I wasn’t as on edge as usual. Stuff that normally stresses me out just felt easier to deal with.
Energy-wise, it’s not like a caffeine hit or anything. It’s more like I don’t feel drained halfway through the day anymore. I just feel… steadier. I take it in the morning and don’t really think about it again, which is probably a good sign.
I’ve tried straight ashwagandha before and this feels better than those. Whatever they did with the maca and ginseng works for me. Nothing crazy, just something I’ll keep taking because it actually helps.
